Represented interests of weaker sections in front of the British commission
Dr.Br Ambedkar was fearless, he did not succumb to the pressure of Congress when he decided to represent interests of untouchables and weaker sections in front of the commission against the decision of the Congress to boycott the Simon Commission.
Opposed the Brahminical system
He also tore apart manu_smriti and burnt its copy openly and publicly to dispel away the fear of the brahminical system from the minds of the untouchables.
BHARAT RATNA DR. BHIM RAO AMBEDKAR WAS A SUPREMELY FEARLESS AND A SELFLESS CRUSADER.
Tirelessly worked for eradication of untouchability
He always represented and fought for the rights of his people and never tried to hide his identity. Also he was tremendously selfless as he never bothered for his personal and family interests in the fight against the brahminical system that had created and fostered untouchability causing abominable sufferings to human dignity. Knowing very well that even after having high educational qualifications, the system of untouchability will bring him disrepute and insult on returning to India after studying in abroad, he preferred to come back to India and work for eradication of untouchability and social upliftment of the downtrodden.
