09.08.15 The International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples was celebrated in a befitting manner. Many dignatories belonging to ST attended the function. Selected ones could express their views due to constraint of time. All were of the view that this day should be celebrated at the level of the government and there should be centre for cultural activities for tribals in the national and state capitals. 19.07.15 There was a foundation laying ceremony for girls’ hostel at Pratap Nagar, Jaipur. Members of the Manch were present in good number and all contributed benevolently for the construction of the girls’ hostel.
16.07.15 A meeting of Executive Committee was convened on 16.07.15 to discuss                1) Contribution of AVM for construction of girls’ hostel at Jaipur,
and  2) Celebration of World International Indigenous People’s Day. on 9th August.
17.05.15 General body meeting was convened to constitute new Executive Committee. New EC was formed with common consent. Report of the formation of new EC was submitted to the registrar of societies on
04.01.15 14 tribal students who secured 80 or more % in the class 10th and 12th in the year 2014 were appreciated. 10 were given Rs. 1000/- cash to each with a merit certificate. 4 topper students ( two boys and two girls) were given Rs. 5000/- each from G. Ramchandra Trust. 3 financially needy and having secured more than 60% marks in 10th and studying in 11th and 12th were selected and handed over cheques of Rs. 12000/- each.
18.10.14 AGM-cum- Family Diwali Milan was organized.  Dr. SM Jharwal, Chancellor Indra Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak,MP attended the function and guided the youth.Children took a great interest in the function. Resolution to reintroduce Yearly membership with fee of Rs.1000/- was passed.
28.06.14 A brain storming session was conducted on current social issues such as dowry, marriage issues, respect to elders, Mrityu Bhoj , quality education and  helping the poor etc.
02.05.14 Donated Rs. 21000/- for encouragement of “Samuhik Vivah Sambelan near Sapotara , Distt. : Kauroli . This amount was a mix of AVM funds and the contribution from members.
05.01.14 11 tribal students who secured 80 or more % in the class 10th and 12th in the year 2013 were appreciated by giving them Rs. 1000/- cash to each with a merit certificate. It was also decided to support 5 tribal students who are good in studies and facing financial crisis by giving each of them Rs. 1000/- per month. The selection of such students will be done by the screening committee of the Aravali Vichar Manch.
14.12.13 A function was orgnised in which members with their families were requested to share their experinces and give advice to others based on them. Members took great interest in it and almost all spoke on the issue.
19.07.13 It was decided to affiliate Aravali Vichar Manch with “Anusuchit Janjati Sanyunta Sansthan” in the general body meeting. It was also concluded that each member would pay at least Rs. 2000/- for its support besides a cheque of Rs. 11000/- from the Manch.
24.05.13 Donated Rs. 11000/- for encouragement of “Samuhik Vivah Sambelan of 32 pairs” at Village Shubhaspura (Tapran) Tehsil : Atru , Distt. : Baran. This amount was a mix of AVM funds and the contribution from members.
13.05.13 Donated Rs. 51000/- for encouragement of “Samuhik Vivah Sambelan of 55 pairs” at Village Jodli  Tehsil : Sapotara , Distt. : Kauroli. This entire amount was contributed by members and no funds of AVM were utilized.
13.04.13 Aravali Vichar Manch is a very democratic organization. Its 6th Executive Committee was constituted in the General Body Meeting held on 13.04.2013.
16.02.13 A Presentation & Lecture on “Financial Planning” was organized on 16.02.2013 (Saturday) for the benefit of the members of the Sanstha thereby all other tribal people through them.
06.01.13 12 tribal students who secured more than 80% marks in the 10th and 12th class in the year 2012 were given a cash award of Rs. 1000/- each along with a certificate of appreciation.
02.12.12 A mind storming session was held on “ Prohibition of Dowry”. It was concluded that following 3D formula will help : 1. No Demand  2. No Display   3. No Discussion. This message was got displayed on the wall calendar of Adiwasi Rail Pariwar – 2013.
26.05.12 A discussion on Vision, Mission and Personality Development was conducted in which members spoke about importance of Vision & Mission. They also shared their good as well as bad experience in life for the benefit of others.
22.01.12 Ideas were discussed and shared on the following issues pertaining to tribal welfare:

 

1.    Tribal leadedrs who have contributed for welfare and upliftment of tribals.

 

2.    Tribal Upliftment and their Integration

 

3.    Measures and Policies of Government for Tribal Welfare & their implementation.

 

4.    Eradication of Social Evils.

 
16.09.11 A talk was held on the health management by Dr.R.N.Meena. He spoke about importance of balanced diet and made aware about causes and remedy of various dieses.

12.08.11 Review of the progess made on following issues was done in the meeting of executive committee:

 

(i)            Land acquisition for office and community centre.

(ii)           Improvement in finance of the Manch.

(iii)          Membership.

(iv)         History of Meena Tribe.

(v)          Welfare schemes for tribals.

(vi)         Health & Wellness.

(vii)        Career Planning.

(viii)       Empowerment of Women.

(ix)         Development of Network for Mentoring.

(x)                Improvement of website.
19.12.10 New executive committee was constituted for next two years.
08.08.09 14 tribal students who secured more than 85% marks in the 10th and 12th class in the year 2008 were given a cash award of Rs. 500/- & 1000/- each along with a certificate of appreciation. Senior members of the community addressed the gathering. A souvenir was also published on this occasion.
20.08.07 A meeting of Akhil Bhartiya Adivasi Vikas Parisad was held at Birla Auditorium on the issues related to welfare of tribals. Many ministers , MPs & MLAs attended this function and  tribal groups from all India participated. Aravali Vichar Manch greatly contributed in the organization of this function.
